I recently had the opportunity to visit the Emirates Airlines Office in Bucharest to sort out a problem with my flight booking, and I must say I was really impressed by the professionalism and customer service. The office is centrally located and convenient to access by public transport. The moment I entered, I was greeted by a warm staff member who showed me the way through the queueing. My problem was a schedule update that didn't translate well into my mobile application. The rep I communicated with, Alina, was level-headed, respectful, and really effective. Not only did she fix the problem, but also provided me with helpful information on baggage capacity and lounge privileges for my fare type. It's comforting to hear that you're able to converse with an actual person when things don't get resolved online. The office interior was neat and contemporary, with comfortable chairs and a cozy ambience. I did not have to wait for too long — just 10 minutes — and the entire process did not take more than 30 minutes. Overall, the Emirates Airlines Office in Bucharest had a fantastic customer experience and perfectly showcases the upscale brand image of Emirates.
